2003 - Guest of Designer Crafts Foundation, London, England. Hilda Merom was awarded a further bursary to spend two weeks in the UK as a guest of the Designer Crafts Foundation. During her stay she visited many studios and collections and also gave a slide show for a group of leading British potters including Gabrielle Koch and Nicholas Arroyave Portela.
2000 / 2001 - "The Alix the Rothschild Craft award for 2000". Ten finalist juried exhibition by Edmund de Waal, Ashley Howard, Maureen Michaelsohn, and Caroline Whyman. Fourth Prize in the competition.
1998 - "International Art Show"
Juried exhibition, Shepparton Art Gallery, Australia. There were ten special acquisitions, among them Hilda Merom's work, which was bought for the gallery's permanent collection

Lincoln, California, Judged by Don Reitz, US. Hilda Merom received a Merit Award for the work exhibited.
1993 "Ceramic League of Miami"
Exhibition. Judged by Paul Soldner, US. Hilda Merom received the Buck Weaver Memorial Merit Award for the work exhibited.

Hilda also was sent in September 2004, sponsored by the Israeli Foreign Ministry, to Sanbao Jingdezhen Ceramics Artist in Residence Program in China were she had the opportunity to work with other artists from abroad and China for 1 month and a half. She also had an exhibition of her work in the Sanbao Art Galllery and gave a slide presentation to the students of the Sculpture Department of the China Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing
In July 2004 and 2008 Hilda was invited to New Hampshire to teach in the Yavneh Art Camp in USA |
